Due to the burst > throughput requirements of my ten man team I made the jump for a higher haste cap at the cost of spirit and have now got comfy with this setup, With my caps being a little iffy to hit my gems are subject to change however they are as follows :
Red – 160 strength
Blue – 240 stamina
Yellow – 320 critical
For the most part aiming for socket bonuses as efficiently as possible

intuition currently raiding hc modes in SoO like in any raid before. Your exp and gear don't match on the current raiding level.
AS i can see by ur armory probarly u are back in game recently with only one two weeks of LFR raiding and that is not enough just to enter in hc raid with players who raid hole time in this expansion.

My suggestion check ur class good after returning back in game, sort ur glyphs gems enchants. Use openraid.us website to try to find Flex raids to see and experience little more about raiding in this expansion. that is ur starting level for normal/heroic raiding.

How can i sort out all the things that you pointed out if i am in this Mighty Rising guild with 0 raiding activity ?? Should i raid Solo? If i can do that please feel free to help me with some pointers.... that`s not a very good reason to decline ...

our server is merged with more then 10 servers together. there are many guilds who starting progressing raids. you should start from there instead just directly to hc raiding guild.
you can do many things this days in game without guild suport. like start legendary quest. doing celestials give you 2x part of tier who drop from boss number 8 and 13 on normal. all players do random flex runs. there is in game tools who can list ur name for one of the 4 wings and together with other players can make flex runs for items lvl 540 what can be upgraded with valor to very powerfull items who can be decent for normal and hc runs. also you dont need hc raiding guild for that. all that is small homework and effort what players need to show and give before step into hc raiding guild. to show effort and attendance into the game. you can easy make ur own small progression like i said do couple of flex runs. sort gems and enchants. check for normal raiding guild who make runs seee how go. if you do good and you step forward before others with knowledge and strong dps with the current gear yes might want something more like hc raiding guild for example.

Before start anything. Start from ur self like example examine the DK dps very good. Are you spells sorted good ? are ur gems sorted good ? are you enchants sorted good ? are you stats sorted good ? with all thouse questions the main question Are you able to make proper dps on ur curent gear ilvl what you have ? that actuality bosses will go down with no enchants ? no gems ? o glyphs ? no hit exp cap ? ect ect

you can just google front dk 5.4 dps requirements and rotation and probarly will give you noxic or icy-veins. So there is good place to start to be back in game. all that homework guild is not relly requier.

When all thouse question are answer and you are rdy and you did all ur homework. Then yes maybe you can join a actual raid
