1. Personal Information:

Name: Max Irvine
Age: 23
Nationality: British
Occupation: Currently Unemployed

The hours you can dedicate to raiding.

Monday – 6-12 PM
Tuesday -6-12 PM
Wednesday -6-12 PM
Thursday -6-12 PM
Friday -6-12 PM
Saturday -6-12 PM
Sunday –6-12 PM

- Tell us anything that could prevent you from getting to raid on time or making you have to take a break and/or leave (dinner, taking out the garbage or having to walk the dog at a specific time) Answer, Yes or No. If yes, please explain (in detail) what it is and at what times:
Currently Looking for a new job however I am not looking for anything that has evening shifts so I doubt this will be a factor. The occasional social event may come up on a Saturday however with these being under once a month I felt it unnecessary to put above.

2. System information:[/b]

- Technical specifications of your computer / s:
(Please include information about your computer / s RAM, Microprocessor, Graphics card basically).

I3 Processor 3.2 GHz
NvidiaGforce 660 ti
8 gig ram

- Technical characteristics of your connection:
20 mb ( Fibre optic fairy hasn’t passed my house yet  )
avg : 18mb down
        3-4 mb up

- How much ping are you used to playing with?
30 - 60

- How much FPS do you have in:

Stormwind/Orgrimmar:50 - 60+

Raid Places:50 - 60+

5 Man Heroic's:50 - 60+

- In Intuition we use ventrilo to talk during raids and believe that its use is necessary to maintain a smooth and effective communication.

I have Ventrilo:Yes
I have Microphone:Yes
I speak by Ventrilo:Yes

3. Your character Information:

Name:Maximusi
Server: Twisting Nether EU
Current Guild: Business
Class and Spec: Druid (Restoration)
Professions:Jewelcrafting+Enchanting
Total time played: 17 days 8 hours
Time played this level: 17 days 8 hours ( boosted 90 )

- Armory Link: (eu.wowarmory.com):http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/twisting-nether/Maximusi/advanced

- Gear upgrades: Gear choices, Gem choices:
Tell us here what Gems you currently use in which sockets (+Hit in Blue, +Haste in yellow, etc). (Use links to Wowhead for the new gear that you wish to upgrade to):
Due to the burst > throughput requirements of my ten man team I made the jump for a higher haste cap at the cost of spirit and have now got comfy with this setup, With my caps being a little iffy to hit my gems are subject to change however they are as follows :
Red – 80 int + 160 haste
Blue – 160 Haste + 160 Spirit
Yellow – 320 Haste
For the most part aiming for socket bonuses as efficiently as possible

- Offspec: Balance ( 540Ilvl but very little experience)
(If you have gear and experience with another spec of your class, comment about it here)

- Alts: Many of my alts are horde so I feel non applicable I have an alliance druid already that I have never used for raiding or geared with that in mind so also irrelevant I feel.
(Any alts that you have (at max level) that you have a decent level of experience with that could be used in our Alt Raids)

4. Information about Previous guilds:

- Write which instances you have done at level cap.
(For any instances tht you did not kill the final boss in, say how which boss you got up to and did not kill. For WotLK and Cata raids provide 10 man, 10 man HC, 25 man and 25 man HC.)
ICC – 10 man Normal to lich king ( guild disbanded )
BoT – 10 man Normal clear
TotFW – 10 man Normal clear
BWD – 10 man Normal Clear
Was  hampered with Laptop Issues and a very casual play style never pushed myself for heroic progress which I regret now.
- In what encounters you had been stagnant/progressing for longer amounts of time?
(Describe here what boss's held you and your guild up for a longer amount of time then you expected and why.)
Early Cataclysm normal clearing became slow due to lack of guild interest or regularity of schedules.

- About your previous guilds:
(Indicates which guilds you have been a part of, which characters you were playing and what happened to make you leave/get kicked).

Sacred Wrath – WotLK( guild disbanded)
Rebirth – Cata (Guild disbanded)
Business – Mop (Currently still in)

5. UI and style of play:

- Your addons:
(Make a short list of your UI addons you find most helpful and necessary to fulfill your role in raid.)
Weak Auras
DBM
Elv UI ( use blizzard raid frames through preference )

- Screenshot(s) of your UI:
(Where your interface of raid is seen well, with keybinds visible. You can use imageshack or xs to raise jpg)

https://imageshack.com/i/nd4vt07j

- Experience using addons:
(Do you have problems when installing a new addon? Do you use any manager/client? Can you change the LUA code of the addons to fix mistakes or change things to your liking?)
No Problems, Use curse as standard and tukui client (never edited lua)

WWS/wowmeteronline/worldoflogs:
Any combat report(s) to show how you perform in raids, please post it here
I’m not aware of any recent logging that has been done on this character

6. Intuition and You

- Why you connect every day to the World of Warcraft?
Good fun and great socialising

- How important is loot for you?
(Explain in detail the reasons for your answer.)
I believe loot is only important for me as a healer to certain breakpoints: once I am geared enough to a minimum standard to be able to heal the raid instance (all fights) then dps and tanks should get prio loot to increase the speed of clears etc.

- Ability to contribute ideas to the progression of our raids:
(What role do you adopt when it comes time to meet a new boss and create a new strategy, or if you see something not working?)
I have no issues in offering my input to a situation if I feel something has been overlooked.

- Do you think you've hit the end of your carerr with your character in World of Warcraft?
No, infact I finally feel like I have a character that can just start 

-Why do you choose Intuition?
My current guild has raided casually (on there non raid times) with a few current intuition members. I feel like I would enjoy the increase in pace and find myself more challenged in a HC raiding environment especially at the dawn of a new expansion coming up.

- What do you expect from Intuition?
A challenging and progression based raid environment

- Do you have anybody in Intuition that can speak to us for you?
(if yes, specify their names and what you know.)
Xeldarith

- Additional Information:
(Give us comment's about any aspect that you consider important for you and was not in previously form.)
none.

7. To finalize...
- Finally, tell us a joke:
(No, not kidding. This section we take VERY serious!)
A mother brings eight-year-old Johnny home and tells his mother that he was caught playing doctors and nurses with Mary her eight-year-old daughter.

Johnny's mother says, "Let's not be too harsh on them... they are bound to be curious about sex at that age."

"Curious about sex?" replies Mary's mother. He's taken her fucking appendix out!
