- In what encounters you had been stagnant/progressing for longer amounts of time?
(Describe here what boss's held you and your guild up for a longer amount of time then you expected and why.)

The boss i took more time to kill was Ragnaros back in the time , in Firelands. Wasa a problem of leadership because our raid leader kept changing the healer setup to make everyone play and be happy basicly.

- About your previous guilds:
(Indicates which guilds you have been a part of, which characters you were playing and what happened to make you leave/get kicked).

Ravencrest: First really good guild i joined on Cataclysm, i was really nice to raid there, unfortunatly it disbanded after some time i joined.

Crushridge: This was the best italian guild at that time, i was doing ragnaros progress there, unfortunatly there were doing really bad decisions about the roster for progress, they were always changing players on the setup just to make everyone happy and that attitude created a riot and half of the guild left to make another one, I left the guild aswell.

Pozzo dell'Eternità: This was the best Italian guild in this expansion, i played there for some time, I got some problems with an officer that was really toxic person and really bad player, but always got the loot he wanted and after stops playing, always like this on every tier, this created an insatisfaction on players and made them leave, including myself. After some time the officers core changed and i returned there. After some time, dat guy returned again and the same problems returned, more players left and, including myself, and after some time the guild got disbanded.

- Sylvanas: I joined this Guild and i really enjoyed to play there, after some time the content became really boring and i decided to take a break and fix some stuff in real life before i return to WoW. When i returned, after 3 months, i figured out that the guild was kinda different, the old officer left and they started to take buyers in, which made alot of people unhappy cause, in farm alot of people expect to play for rankins and stuff, and with buyers is kinda hard, my main problem was, i didn't really feel i was playing in a top50 guild, it felt i was playing in the same environment as the italian guild i was playing before, so i decided to leave.

Ravencrest: One of the best guild i ever played in, unfortunatly due to work i couldn't make the raiding times of this guild anymore.

5. UI and style of play:

- Your addons:
(Make a short list of your UI addons you find most helpful and necessary to fulfill your role in raid.)

Shadowed Unit Frames - Unit Frames that i use to track dot timers and other target's dot s aswell
OmniCC - To track cooldown timers and dots duration on my target frame
Tellmewhen - I use TmW to track anything i need to, such as buffs and important debuffs
BigWigs - To track the boss abilitys
Tidyplates - To track casts and debuffs on multiple targets
Prat - Chat stuff
Quartz - Casting bar

- Screenshot(s) of your UI:
(Where your interface of raid is seen well, with keybinds visible. You can use imageshack or xs to raise jpg)

- Experience using addons:
(Do you have problems when installing a new addon? Do you use any manager/client? Can you change the LUA code of the addons to fix mistakes or change things to your liking?)

I don't know how to change the LUA coda, i normally update my addons with Curse Client.

WWS/wowmeteronline/worldoflogs:
Any combat report(s) to show how you perform in raids, please post it here

I've been raiding casually with this guild:
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/guilds/37358/

I was ilvl 653 back in the raids.

6. Intuition and You

- Why you connect every day to the World of Warcraft?

At this moment to do missions, raid with main and alts, and try to gear up my characters.

- How important is loot for you?
(Explain in detail the reasons for your answer.)

I would say that loot in people is more important for the guild than for the player, since i think the guild is who benefits most with it. The important thing is all people be more less the same in terms of gear, is no use to gear up only 1 guy, unless the class is really broken i guess. In my case i always like to be really good geared to push more dps, but of course the gear decision is up to the guild and i understand that the guild wants to spread the gear. I'm not a drama queen about it.

- Ability to contribute ideas to the progression of our raids:
(What role do you adopt when it comes time to meet a new boss and create a new strategy, or if you see something not working?)

Well normally i try to tell to the raid leader any knowledge i acquired from some top guild, and after he decides if it is a good idea or not.

- Do you think you've hit the end of your carerr with your character in World of Warcraft?

I don't think so, i really love to play warlock, i tried out other classes and i don't enjoy them as much i enjoy warlock class. I even got a 2nd warlock in Pandaria so.

-Why do you choose Intuition?

Because it's a good guild, with a good progress and a good group that fits my raiding times.

- What do you expect from Intuition?

I expect a solid and serious group who is focused in ending the content on every patch and expansion.

- Do you have anybody in Intuition that can speak to us for you?
(if yes, specify their names and what you know.)

Nop

- Additional Information:
(Give us comment's about any aspect that you consider important for you and was not in previously form.)

I'm a relaxed and cool guy that just wants to play seriously together with people that takes this game in a serious way. I'm a player that have alot of dedication to this game and is always ready to do everything which is necessary to achieve the goals of the guild.

7. To finalize...
- Finally, tell us a joke:
(No, not kidding. This section we take VERY serious!)

A gipsy and a black guy a the car, who drives it?

The cop...
